Nice job, definitely a time-saver! Never thought I'll need a tool like that.
Dmitry Dubovik
@trof thank you!
Arseniy
Thank for the insight! How will you define what type of templates to add?
Dmitry Dubovik
@ostyre We are constantly working with creatives from our top video creators to define the patterns. It's not easy but we already have a set of guidelines that help the video ad to perform better. Personal experience and numbers will lie in the core of what type of templates we will add.

Looks great - will try it!

Pros:

Looks simple to use and I was just looking for such a service! Nice one!

Cons:

What are the competitors in the space?

Just played around with this... I'm a video content creator for youtube... I will typically take a video that I make for youtube and create a teaser video for IG. A few things I'm loving about what you've done. 1. I can easily take a teaser clip i've made (typically landscape), and add a background color or the Blur effect.. which is awesome! 2. Its pretty easy to trim the video length A few things I'd love to see: 1. If my clip is over 15 seconds etc... have the ability to auto split it into multiple stories 2. Export option (would be fine if I export that it had a overlay created in Insense 3. Drag positioning of the clip vs the position function you have now. FYI was not able to connect to facebook authorization on chrome/macbookpro - popup window just hung and never loaded. Great little tool.
Dmitry Dubovik
@unclejessy4real thank you, Clayton. Auto split and export are already on the list for the v2.0. Position dragging is a new one for us. Thanks for the insight! Please feel free to check out our core product - content creation and amplification platform for brands and creators like yourself: https://insense.pro/

Just tested out your new tool @dmitriy_dubovik and have a few suggestions - some are probably on your development plan: - the option to move the position of the video did not seem to work for me using the arrows - I was using FF as my browser so if you work best in Chrome perhaps put a notice to that effect - allow download to desktop and Dropbox - this could be used for Stories too and if you keep it as free and un-waternarked could get you a lot more visibility as a helpful desktop tool - if that is the case then allow multiple slices of the video - custom hex value for colours for the background - upload an image as a background - the ability to add animated gifs as overlays. I know you are working on text and captions which will be great from one of your comments below. Looking forward to seeing how you develop the tool.

@krishnade hey Krishna - thank you so much for the valuable feedback! Noted and added to our back log.

Insense is growing well beyond our initial launch. Since we started in 2016, our network of influential creators and customers grew exponentially reaching 35K+ members worldwide. We are proud to have such companies as LÓreal, P&G, Nestle and other among our clients. This year we are bringing a data-driven approach to the traditional $90B industry. This is why we are running an open investment campaign for Insense. Instead of relying entirely on traditional Silicon Valley investors, we're opening up the investment opportunity for Product Hungers like yourself interested in owning a stake in our growing business with as little as $100. You can read more info about the launch and invest in Insense here: shorturl.at/qCQU8

Hi all! Have you tried uploading a longer or landscape format video to IG or Snap stories? Then you feel our pain. We got tired of videos being cut off and cropped awkwardly, so we created a super simple tool to fit or crop your videos to the exact right dimensions. Plus, you can send your newly edited video to Facebook Ads manager to run official ads with just one click. We build this tool for our personal use, but want to share it with the community. So it's free: no watermarks, no trials, just free!

Hope to see templates, UI elements like chat overlays, eye-catching transition effects (e.g. Supa.ru execution), as well as an opportunity to sync two & more landscape videos in one vertical on the go!

Pros:

As simple as it could be for instant (conceptual) value!

Cons:

UX could be better on a mobile device )

@teddd Hey Ted! My name is Ivan and I’m the Product Manager at Insense. You were nice enough to leave a comment on our past Product Hunt features - thanks! We’re launching a set of new tools that use machine learning and AI to help advertisers optimize content production, and/or optimize content performance in paid ads. We’re collecting feedback from marketers and content production experts, so we’re inviting you to do a 30 minute online interview. The goal of these interviews is to understand your current processes around content production and paid ad optimization, so that we can build tools that drive more social ROI for brands. Do you have some free time next Monday or Tuesday?
Zhouchen Tang
i like video editing. very good product! keep it up!
Dmitry Dubovik
@zhouchen_tang thank you! Please let us know if you have any insights on how we can make the editor better.
Alex Alex
What's your pricing model?
Dmitry Dubovik
@alexvlv This is not our core product. Insense is a content creation and amplification platform. Video resizer is just an additional tool that we provide our clients with. So it's absolutely free. No watermarks, no trials, just free.
Ozgur Ozer
This is really cool. It would be nice to see a video exporting option. And as a feedback, instead of clicking position buttons one by one, moving video with the mouse by simply dragging will be a better experience.
Dmitry Dubovik
@ozgrozer good point! We've already formed a task for that. +1 on our backlog.
