@ricardo_luz Good question! Engaging with candidates it pretty straight forward, as there's not much in-between from our side.
You at least get a candidate's email address and an external pointer e.g. to a LinkedIn profile (email + 1 ext. link minimum are required for every profile).
Many list their GitHub, Website, or even Hackerone and/or Bugcrowd profiles especially for those in the pentest/bug hunting space.
The talent search lets you filter for experience level, region and skills/tags as well to get a quick overview of all the relevant candidates on the site.
