Hey Product Hunt! Stefan here, one of Infinity’s co-founders. :) First of all, I’d like to thank @saskisnerdtalk for hunting us - we’re all surprised, but at the same time thrilled that we are finally on Product Hunt. When we first started working on Infinity about two years ago, there were four of us and we had no idea how much it would grow and how much support we’d get. At the time, we just knew that we wanted to create a product that would help people organize themselves in the best way possible. In November 2018, we released our official Beta version of Infinity, and received such amazing feedback from the community that we were thrown. This encouraged us to push forward and be better, and so our new features and updates started seeing the light of the day. And as Infinity grew, so did our community and our team. Today, Infinity’s starting to take shape of what we want it to become: one organized place that will allow people to create various workflows, frameworks, and processes in their own way. Infinity’s greatest strength lies in its capacity to store any type of information, categorized into a meaningful structure, and accessible in only a few clicks. Picture it as a never-ending growing tree that holds all the things you want to plan, organize and keep track of. What can you do with Infinity? - Use custom attributes to organize projects, tasks, calendars, processes, checklists, events, - contacts, meals, documents, and a lot more. - View items in multiple ways: as tables, lists, columns, calendars, and Gantt charts. - Group, filter, sort, and customize your data. - Invite and collaborate with your team members easily. - Create and share custom forms to collect necessary data. - Share entire boards with people who are not on your team. - Import data from Trello and CSV files. - Integrate Infinity with over 2,000 apps through Zapier. - Track how much time you spend on tasks with Clockify. - Use the app on web, as well as Android and iOS. We have a number of new features planned for the upcoming months, and we’re excited to have such a great community on our side. I’d like to take this opportunity to mention that we’re currently running a lifetime deal campaign, which means that you get to pay once for one of our plans and enjoy Infinity forever. @saskisnerdtalk @slnet could this be used as an inventory management system?
Stefan Lazarevic
@aja_ferrell thanks for the question. You can definitely make an inventory management system.
Adam Perry
@slnet Is there a way to try this out prior to buying the LTD?
Allen Gwinn
@saskisnerdtalk @slnet I hope that the team has not halted development of this product. It is a great concept. It just needs security bugs, and a handful of other bugs fixed. It could be a great all-in-one competitor for Monday, Trello, and several other project management packages. Can I suggest that you guys put a pause on new features and just fix bugs?
Kodi Fletcher
Been using this for a few months now. Got the LTD. Stefan and his team are working hard to make a killer product. Thank you!
Stefan Lazarevic
@retentionmedia thank you for the nice words :)

I found this tool recently and it is a good airtable / trello competitor with lifetime-deal pricing plans.
Stefan Lazarevic
@saskisnerdtalk thanks for hunting us.

Been using it for a couple weeks now and really like it. The team likes the ease of use with the flexibility for each team member to have a view customized to their preference. We were using Excel mixed with trello for weekly priorities and this makes having one setup where we can move things fluidly. Things I would like to see @slnet - Voting: for public boards and allowing users to vote on features to help set a roadmap template. - Assigning Tasks: ability to involve team members from the task view which will automatically add them to the involved. - Task Due Dates: ability to assign due dates to each task is helpful for multi task items with different timelines for different steps. The last two were recently introduced to trello and something we really liked the ability to do.
Stefan Lazarevic
@mathouchens thank you for the feedback. Voting is at 99%, we plan to launch it by the end of the week with our Public Roadmap. Assigning tasks is already possible with our Member attribute. You can also set due dates, by creating a new Date attribute and naming it Due Date. Thanks again.
Mat Houchens
@slnet Sorry i meant assigning due dates to tasks and specific tasks. Will have to check that out if it's already available as I missed it. I appreciate the reply.

I LOVE Infinity! I was in at the beginning and have been using the app for almost 2 years. What can I say. My team and I use it to map out social media and communicate with each other on strategy and changes. It's way prettier than Trello, lots of the same functionality but seems to have more creative flexibility. I don't get as confused as I did when I used Trello. I'm super happy I found Infinity and haven't looked back.
Stefan Lazarevic
Hey @elizabetharper 👋, thank you for being with us from the start :) Great feedback.
Paul Smithson
Excellent in so many ways. Prior to moving everything to Infinity we were using Trello and a a variety of other productivity and data management tools. Thanks to Infinity's flexibility and wide feature set, we've been able to consolidate everything under one roof. The system is well organized, feature packed, ultra stable, and it a pleasure to use - and we're using it daily so if it wasn't we'd know by now. After six months I can honestly say I think we will be with Infinity for many years to come. And the support is always superb. On the rare occasion we can't figure something out there's always been timely help at hand, and I can't think of an occasion where we have been able to do what we were wanting to do. So a big shout out to the support team at Infinity. I wish this amazing product had been around years earlier, as there have been so many times when a tool like this would have transformed many of the projects we were working on back then, and made them so much easier to keep on top of.
Stefan Lazarevic
@paul_smithson thank you so much for the feedback. It really means a lot :)
Mat Golubovic
Michael Jordan of Project management tools. Super useful, intuitive, user-friendly app & dedicated team.
Stefan Lazarevic
@matija_golubovic thanks :) Glad you like it.
Pathik Botadra
I have been using Infinity since the last few weeks and have now introduced it to my team of 16-18 members. I love it. It is very flexible, looks beautiful and I love the team behind it for providing wonderful support and for engaging with the users. Buying it on current LTD pricing is highly recommended Pros: + Beautiful UI/UX (for the most part) + Powerful and Flexible + Customer Support + Huge Potential to become one of the top leading SaaS in this category Cons: - Some features seen in Airtable and the likes are missing - Integrations are very limited right now (though they are expected later this year) - Only Zapier is there currently
Stefan Lazarevic
@pathik_botadra thanks for the feedback. Our focus by the end of the year is on new features and integrations.

I found this tool several months ago when they ran their Lifetime special offer and I snapped it up hoping the company would stick around. I'm very happy with this purchase and I find the tool more to my liking after doing a trial of air table and subscribing to asana and monday (which has a much higher price point). I really like the monday interface, but I find the infinity UI provides greater flexibility to track projects to collaborate with others. This is my go-to app now to track status or create checklists for various projects. And shout out to the support team for being so responsive. This tool has had a positive impact on my productivity and (gasp) it's fun using the tool to track projects. What more can I ask for?
Stefan Lazarevic
Hey @john_kranz , thanks for the nice words. I'm really glad that it helps you :)
Alex Lloro
Great product and an amazing team behind. I've been using Infinity for the last months and I love it. Very versatile managment tool
Brent Done
Simplicity and flexibility are the key factors for us. We have people that want to view data in "their way" for their job position. This does that. Importing Trello was important as well. The folks that have helped us get up and going have been wonderful to work with as well.
Stefan Lazarevic
@brent_done I'm really glad you find it flexible :) Thank you for the comment!

I discovered Infinity in April 2018 while on my long journey to replace the incredible app that was IQTELL. I received my beta invite for the launch of Infinity version 1 on May 4, 2018, and was blown away. The original beta version of Infinity was groundbreaking. The nesting features and infinite structure had me salivating. I was loving the setup process. Then, abruptly on June 30th, after only 57 days of use, I received an email with the subject, "We're Making Infinity 'UX Pivot'". What!? (You can view that email here if you're curious, https://www.notion.so/The-Email-... ) That email told me everything I needed to know about Stefan, Ivan, Aleksander, Boka, and the entire Infinity team. They are incredibly committed, conscientious, diligent, organized, and FEARLESS! They stopped everything and rebuilt the entire app from the ground up after less than 60 days in beta. Who does that?! That was an incredibly gutsy move and I have been blown away ever since. The "new" Infinity is simply awesome. It is an incredibly flexible and unique productivity tool with impressive capabilities and a beautiful UI. Everything they added: dashboards, tabs, views, charts, graphs, Gantts, galleries, and more is designed to help you build your personal workflow. I absolutely love it! I own a personal lifetime account and our company owns a second fully stacked lifetime account that we use daily for everything from internal user request forms to tracking entire redevelopment and architectural buildout projects. I have a much harder time finding things that it can't do than things it can! Oh, yeah, and the community that is growing up around Infinity is pretty spectacular too. I've been through this before with Evernote, IQTELL, Trello, and Notion. This feels like that. Enthusiasm on both sides of the tool. I can't recommend it enough!
Stefan Lazarevic
@just_s Thank you so much for taking the time to write such kind words. The whole team and I are sending our greetings and we can't even begin to explain how much we appreciate reading something like this. Thank you for being with us from the beginning and for supporting us on our journey. We're excited to see what the future brings and we’ll keep doing our best to justify your trust and your support!
Yago León
Great product..been using it for some months now and has been a life saver on several projects. The LTD got me and even though it lacks some features, the team behind is running fast to fill those gaps. Long life Infinity

Very nice tool for almost everything. I promissed myself to never ever have to search for something again. I used Evernote before but now I put everything in Infinity combined with TickTick. It works perfect. The form option is also excellent.
Stefan Lazarevic
