Hypertype automatically scans all of your emails and builds you a Hyperbrain with information that will be included in your real time email replies. Manual FAQ: Already have in-house documents filled with information you don’t want to search for when answering an email? Upload them to your company Hyperbrain and when you receive a question that matches the information in your documents the information you need will be included in your reply. Past Replies: Do you often receive an email you or some of your colleagues have answered before? Check out the past replies tab and use a historical answer from your team. Congrats on the launch. Neat product! I'm very cautious when sharing access to my email since it contains confidential information and other sensitive data. When it comes to privacy, how do you handle it?

@tomaslau Thanks for the question. We encrypt data during storage and transfer for your own company. We do not share data across other companies, so this gives you peace of mind. We take privacy very seriously and have invested heavily on GDPR compliance.

This product looks like a game-changer for anyone who wants to streamline their email writing process. As someone who spends a significant amount of time crafting emails, I appreciate the convenience of having pre-written templates at my fingertips. At what point does advanced content start to feel too robotic and therefore make the email seem like a copied and pasted template that has been seen before?

@david_lopes3 We have different tones to help you personalise the email replies together with the information. The main problem we want to solve is removing manual work to find the most relevant information to write a smart email. You can simple use and edit part of what is generated or the whole reply if you are happy with it. The reply is written in many different variations.Feel free to try it out!

Congratulations on the launch! This is interesting because it doesn't stop with regular GPT email generation, but it actually takes into account the history and materials of your own email account. My question is: Will Hypertype integrate with Sales CRM tools like Hubspot or Zendesk?

Indeed, this is one of the most useful implementations of AI to date. Writing repetitive emails and spending time looking for information in a multitude of places grinds away at a team's motivation. Just started testing this. Gmail integration looks quite neat, but my question is whether in the future there would be a way to further interact with it to tell it which kind of text you would like it to generate? (E.g. with ChatGPT you can tell it to make the text shorter, or give some further input to customize the message.)
