I'm a homeowner, and when I bought my first property I thought it was SO INSANE how many hoops I had to jump thru. Congrats team! You guys are working very hard to make life easier for millennials like myself. Home buying seems very daunting to the point where I have pushed that far in the future, but until then would love to see something like this come up for rental properties! That process is even more painful
