Very helpful and saves a lot of time @irinamaltseva Probably, you could gather a lot of templates and create an extension/add-on within the email app to insert and customize.
@iam_maheshkumar thanks a lot for sharing your ideas. For now, you can insert and customize on autopilot all of the existing templates with Hunter Campaigns (our free tool for cold email outreach). We'll definitely consider other options for the future releases!

On using a Business email warning. All electronic documents must be retained by U.S organizations. That means Paying for and storing every email You and every other marketer sends. Most send Minimum of 3 week... Gmail May keep it But I don't have to over 20-30 years that's a ton of BS I am paying to store securely. FYI !

We've added the custom attributes such as {{name}}, {{company}}, {{position}}, etc to the templates so each of the template could be automatically customised if you use Campaigns for cold outreach (you'll just need to upload a CSV/TXT file and match the attributes).

Cold emails are one of the oldest, most tried and true ways to get the word out.
Like the way the email templates have been categorized under different heads which will help the sender stand out, get noticed, and elicit a response. The templates it seems are designed to help the sender intimately understand their ideal customer, and use an approach that's most appropriate to them.
