@stephenalan We're using mainly a combination of Trello and a bunch of spreadsheets. I looked at some paid HR platforms but nothing really stuck.
This seems to be very interesting :-) When will it be available in Brazil? I would suggest you to allow people across all countries to use your platform. Even if you doesn't support benefits there yet.

@lucasbraum Hey Lucas, we aren't planning on launching in Brazil in the near-term, but you can still use parts of the software if you like!

@marcboscher we can connect to any payroll provider that has an online platform, like Wave, ADP, Quickbooks, Wagepoint, etc
@hadifarnoud CharlieHR, Humi, Zenefits and a number of other free HR platforms all share the same business model (making money on benefits / insurance), but are focused on different geographical locations (UK, Canada, US respectively). All three products have a different look/feel as well. Charlie does have some great marketing emails!
Love the Silicon Valley reference on the screens, looking forward to try this out.
What about performance management tracking? How do you compare to Workday?
@jerw Performance management is coming soon! Workday is pretty expensive, and is targeted at larger businesses. Humi is targeted at companies with 5-500 employees, and it's free!
