Used this for a while - about 9 months - mainly for breakfasts, but occasionally for a "snack" if I got home late or wasn't feeling creative. Good when mixed with coffee & put in the fridge overnight. Unfortunately they changed up the recipe and it really didn't agree with me, but if it works for you then I recommend it!
