@anubhav_malik Hi Anubhav, hope you are doing good, I wanted to know the coverage and accuracy of fetching the email IDs from LinkedIn URLs. Also, does the tool cater to any LinkedIn URL or only for developers for fetching the email IDs?

Hey guys! Congrats on the launch the Hiring Copilot on the Product Hunt. I'm not sure that I clearly understand the technology. You add more personalization to messages to potential employees using ChatGPT. Am I right? Can you please clarify this?
@denis_galka Hey Denis, we use GPT to highly personalise the reach out messages with a number of data points that we have. Along with that, we have built out a system which automatically follows up with those candidates automatically via different channels (email, SMS etc) to increase the conversion rate.

@paolo_degiglio Hey Paolo, this is originally aimed at recruiters who do a lot of shortlisting from external sources but reaching out to those candidates with personalised emails + following up is a lot of manual work.
We've generally seen much better conversion rates on our product ~30% on average which leads to much less effort spent on shortlisting and sourcing. Interestingly, we're seeing some interest from a few companies who want to use it for sales and lead conversion as well.
In some time we're planning to bring an auto-pilot feature which will keep on shortlisting people based on the recruiter's choices, we'll add integrations with major ATS'es on the market and work on hyper-personalisation of said emails.
Amazing work! This looks like a really useful tool for streamlining the whole hiring process. Can't wait to see how it works.

I'm very interested in your planned "similar candidates" feature, and how that works. If your product can automate the finding of qualified/relevant candidates plus the outreach well, that's powerful. Any planned use cases beyond "recruiting" job candidates? Good luck!
@mark_willaman Thank you for the kind words Mark. Over time we've collected all kinds of data points here at Weekday. Including a lot of key factors which help us determine if a candidate would be a great match for your job opening (and vice-versa). We're working on that and will roll out the similarity feature sometime soon.
We're all focused on making Hiring extremely easy so not really planning on actively working on anything not related to it. :)

Wowww, Hiring Copilot using GPT3 for personalization !!! This can be game-changing for good. Recruiters today are juggling lots of tools to keep their recruitment pipeline healthy, this Hiring Copilot tool can be a perfect solution to that.
Great product and might end up saving a lot of my time! Can this also be used for sales use case? Currently I use Rocketreach to find emails and send them by mailmerge on google sheets. this looks like a more efficient and easy solution
@new_user_15790423ab Hey Ramesh, as of now it is tailored for Hiring but the process in itself is pretty universal. We'll make it easy to use for sales in a few days as well and I'll definitely reach out to you then.
You won't have to add people to Google Sheets to send emails with our tool. Our product can send the emails + follow-ups for you and additionally add everyone to a google sheet automatically for your convenience.
A humble suggestion: "do something useful with GPT3" reads very 2021. It may still be an insanely good technology, but it's not a good slogan.

It's not just limited to Email sequences though. We've added multi-channel support so you can add SMS, InMail in your sequences as well.
After someone replies, we automatically keep on updating a Mini-ATS (Google sheet) for you so you can easily track all candidates in your Pipeline.
We can definitely help even after a candidate replies as well. We have a whole team at Weekday which specialises in doing initial screening calls for you so you can just focus on interviewing great candidates :)
