Hi.Events
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I’m Dave, and I’m excited to share the cloud version of Hi.Events — a modern, open-source event management and ticketing platform.
I built Hi.Events because I couldn’t find a tool that was both flexible and easy to use. Most open-source options felt outdated or hard to work with, and many SaaS platforms were overly complex or restrictive. Hi.Events is designed to offer a better balance — modern, open, and straightforward.
With today’s launch, you can now use Hi.Events without any setup. Just sign up and start creating events.
Here’s what’s included:
🎟️ Embeddable ticket widgets – Sell tickets directly from your own site
🖼️ Homepage and widget designer – Customize layouts and match your branding
📲 Web & mobile check-in – Scan QR codes or check in manually on any device
📝 Custom order forms – Ask attendees anything you like during checkout
💸 Promo codes & hidden tickets – Support for presales, discounts, and limited access
🎫 Multiple ticket types – Free, paid, donation, and tiered options
📊 Real-time analytics – Track orders, sales, and traffic as they happen
📣 Built-in email tools – Send confirmation emails and attendee updates
📦 Capacity management – Set limits by ticket type, ticket group, or overall event
🌍 Multi-currency + Stripe Connect – Get paid in your currency
👥 Role-based access control – Work with teammates securely
🔌 Webhooks & API support – Integrate with other systems
🌐 Multilingual interface – 10 languages and counting

Thanks for checking it out — I’d love to hear your feedback or ideas.
