Congratulations on the launch! The $million-dollar question is - will you solve the #1 problem with CRM emailing platforms? That is, allowing your customers to use AT LEAST 3 email addresses with their account at anytime? There's been way to many situations of people being forced to close their email accounts on various emailing CRM platforms because: 1) They closed their business and Rebranded/Renamed their business 2) They sold their business 3) There are multiple other reasons The people / your fans want to know how will you address this? Thank you!

@thesocialfly You can update your email sender accounts at any time, each stack enables you to add an additional sender account which you can assign to campaigns or rotate to send more emails.

I see that it is integrated with other tools of hexaware, like hexact, hexometer, etc. So how "incomplete" would the experience of Hexospark be without using other tools from Hexaware?

Email outreach is super effective for finding new clients, but from our experience, there are three fundamental problems: #1 Even with personalization variables, bulk emailing is no longer as effective, requiring sending thousands of emails to compensate for low reply rates. #2 Emailing with highly personalized 1-1 messages is super effective but writing these takes forever. #3 The third problem is complexity… And the need to juggle spreadsheets and tons of different tools to keep your pipeline full. Sorry to vent in public, but rather keep publishing MVPs to lure in "early adopters" (Lifetimes users) on a product that has years to go prior coming close to a CRM, don't you think you should focus on finishing the other products you are selling? CRM? Seriously, you are overpromising and underdelivering here - big time. Again. Forms to collect leads from a site or elsewhere? Landing pages (static at bare minimum? Contact sync back from/to google/aple/outlok contacts? ... Yeah, I know, its about early adoption and you are adding more features. I am waiting for Hexomatic, released 1+ year ago, being capable to cover at least one (simple) single use I got case end to end but a collection of features and automations YOU guys find useful do not make a story. (I recall the promise was "we strive to build the easiest automation software ever made" or something like. Again,sorry to vent in public, but you are measured against your promises and didnt keep any of them in my eyes thus far.

Hi @frankis thank you for your feedback. Since launching Hexomatic last year we have released updates each week, adding over 90 new features or improvements. You can find our changelog here: https://hexomatic.com/academy/ch... We get a ton of feature requests and whilst we try and implement as many as possible, we have to sort these and prioritize based on popularity. Thank you for your feature suggestions, we managed to implement some including file renaming, Twitter profile data, logo/favicon scraping, file type scraping (for getting images or any other file type from any page). Others such as the ability to specify keystrokes inside scraping recipes haven't received much traction in terms of user requests so are still in the ideas list.

Big fan of all the Hexact products and use them daily: Hexowatch - getting updates from and for my clients; visual monitoring of apps and websites Hexometer - weekly reports about the health of my websites (seo, broken links, speed) Hexomatic - running daily and weekly workflows in other saas apps for me so I have more time for other things Therefore it was a no-brainer for me to jump on the Hexospark train very early. I love the vision to find potential new clients with Hexomatic, extract contacts from their websites and forward them to Hexospark CRM for follow ups.
