👋 Dear Product Hunters, I'm Peter, one of the founders of Hera.
After spending thousands weekly on motion designers for my YouTube channels (Economics Explained hit 100M+ views), I watched them click through endless After Effects menus just to animate a simple bar chart. That was my "aha" moment: professional animation tools turn creative work into button-clicking hell.
Six months ago, my co-founder Chia (who built Vyond Studio, now used by 20K+ businesses) and I started tackling this problem. This thing is absolutely awesome, if you want to build a nice looking animation without having any skills in video editing or animation building. Already used it a couple times and with the ability to re-prompt or "make it auto-pretty", you pretty much always get a very usable result.

This is one of the problem spaces that I've always wished someone could work on because if a startup has an accessible way to generate elegant and beautiful graphics that will help demonstrate concepts and improve product experience, it will be invaluable. The text animations are really cool! Any advice on how to sync up the text animation with actual audio?

@lienchueh Hi Lien, that's great feedback. That's something we heard a couple of times from our users. For now, the easiest way is to do it manually with prompting and uploading your audio to Hera. We're working on an automated sync, though!
