Great! I have been looking for a Shared Inbox with unified presence. Helpwise made it simple to manage my team on the web interface when I am on my desk. I believe the Android app will make it even better when it comes to managing and reaching towards Inbox zero.

I was using Helpscout earlier. Looking for an alternative for some time now. Helpwise seems quite promising. I saw there's a mobile app for iPhone as well. Definitely planning to give it a shot now. It seems crucial since all my team has gone remote.

Thanks for the free plan for small team. We have taken a hit on revenue because of covid. But we don't want to take any chances on the customer front. I am also expecting more flexibility and productivity in my team with the andriod app update. Are automation rules applicable around subject lines? I haven't tried that.
