Stay organized and stress-free with HEIMA! Manage your household chores, grocery lists, and more all in one app. Keep your home clean and your life simpler!
@pritraveler haha love your story - Super relatable! I have four siblings myself and my mom was an absolute champion for keeping all balls in the air at all times. Our dream is for Heima to motivate all family members to take and active role at their own initiative, using automation and gamification - And it works! We have teenagers in Iceland cleaning toilets multiple times a day for points 😂 True painkiller for parents!
@busmark_w_nika Thank you. Yes we have a point system that is earned by completing tasks and then we have a rewards "store" where users can use their points for rewards that are preloaded or their own custom rewards.
So happy to be finally launching on PH! Heima is built on the inputs, thoughts and ideas of diverse families from all around the world. Let us know what you would like to see next in the app and let's make family life more simple, fun and fair together 🚀
@mrrabbar hi Savvas! Good question. There are several ways in which Heima is unique compared to these solutions and more in the market:
Heima focuses on the collaboration of the whole family, not just making life easier for the "project managers of the household" or to just engage children. Heima does both. Using a visual overview and point-based gamification motivates the whole family to participate actively and at their own initiative.
Wholistic approach to managing a household. Heima allows families to keep all household and family related tasks in one place, which is different for example from Tody's focus on cleaning by space.
OurHome is to the best of my knowledge not available anymore, but it used to focus mostly on making a system for kid's participation at home for rewards. Heima offers a reward shop for kids but is designed for both kids and adults to use daily to organise and delegate all kinds of tasks and lists for the household.
Along with habit-forming gamification, Heima focuses on automation - Making it as simple as possible for families to create and maintain tasks. In Heima the tasks are refreshed each week but the points accumulate in the scoreboard and statistics function for Premium members.

Congratulations!
When I was young, I didn't do any household chores at all. I felt sorry for my mom, but didn't really want to get up and do something.
Maybe I was able to be a good son if my family was with Heima! 😂
Good luck :)

minimalist phone: creating folders
Good idea – is there any form of gamification to have motivation to do domestic chores?

@shenjun Thank you! It really works as an incentive :)
Making home organization fun is such a fresh take! How does Heima differ from other to-do or household management apps like Tody or OurHome?
