I’m Zoe, an illustrator and designer on a mission to simplify life with time-saving tools. I created this system for you to organize your hashtags once and for all. I’ve tried using many hashtag apps to create collections, but nothing quite stuck for me, (maybe you can relate). Hashtags felt like such a time-suck, and as a perfectionist, I didn’t want to waste the effort of creating content by using the wrong hashtags or not using them at all. So, I created this intuitive Google Sheet to make posting on Instagram quicker and easier! How it works Inside Hashtag OS, you can add hashtags for your niche and audience, attribute them to a category or awareness day, and select relevant categories per post for optimum relevancy. The best thing is, you can remix your selection in a few clicks, and your hashtags appear in a box, ready to copy and paste into your social media platform or scheduler. There’s even a handy little marker to save you from counting your hashtags one by one. What’s included? With Hashtag OS, you’ll get helpful videos showing you how to overhaul your hashtags and create a custom hashtag operating system specific to your business. I’ve populated the sheet with 200+ hashtags for entrepreneurs, all manually checked for relevancy by me! Plus, each hashtag has a link to its feed so you can check for relevancy and post-count. Side note, yes, hashtags can become old and overused, but the ones I’ve added all have a post-count under 200,000—at the time of recording the how-to videos (November 2021).
