@adi_lavi Sure! Positive psychology, or what's called "the science of happiness" is a field in psychology that has greatly developed over the past 15-20 years. It is basically the scientific study of what makes life most worth living, and how every person can increase their happiness. We turn this science into practice: bite-size happiness practices; simple, diverse, daily activities that can easily fit into your busy life to increase your happiness and wellbeing ✨

@emma_parmet Thanks! We use an in-app happiness questionnaire, which is a version of The Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) questionnaire: the most widely and frequently used scale to assess positive and negative affect. Basically, you can look at it as a benchmark of how you've been feeling, and it can help you understand your current state and track how the different activities (or: Happy Things) you do affect you and your emotions. ✨

@udi_rotenberg well, ideally you would use the app every day :) But we totally understand that it can be hard to commit to daily practice (even though the activities are super short and simple!). We've seen that users who practice 3 times a week or more see the best results and report feeling happier!
