I've always thought it would be really useful for a platform like this to be tightly integrated with the product's knowledge base. We want to make discussions feel more real-time, and we'll be adding more features like presence, typing indicators, etc. Ideally hoping to achieve some sort of hybrid between static forum posts and real-time chat. The customer support and knowledge use case for customer communities is huge!

Amazing, the no separate login is such a simple thing but so important. We faced this issue at Premonition.io (and never really solved it well) and its just unnecessary friction + feels foreign. The ability to build community directly into the product is gold, essentially allowing you to own and shape it as you see fit. Also the SEO ranking is big. This will be perfect for us at Klaro, starting with our alpha user group.
