Market: I started this project because I couldn't find a job board for environmentally-conscious individuals that was modern, mobile-friendly, and had the right job listings (some focus i.e. on NGO's only). After conducting keyword research and observing high demand for green sector jobs (competitors do get a good amount of traffic) on Google, I felt there was a market for it. Crawling: I am using a custom web scraping toolkit in PHP to collect job listings. However, I handpick companies to ensure job listings align with my mission and values.
