Thanks to this feature we noticed 26 actions taken by a user while they remained on the site, after reviewing the IP address we realized that a prior prospect was using our site for key information. We immediately engaged them. That led to a meeting and within a month we are now finalizing an MSA to close the deal.

Pros:

Super easy to use. Excellent for B2B sales teams!

Cons:

Would be nice to sort columns and set up prompts under the automation tabs specific to individual IP addresses.
