This will be a great future tool for prospecting. However it will be good to complement with additional tools or method on how to do a good follow-up with such a large list of leads.

Compared with Google Chrome Extension is quite different the results you can get. You have to do a lot of testing to see where to look.

Too much data with no emails not worthy. The map is sometimes buggy since it moves by itself and you have to reposition it.
