Please try reinstalling the application after deleting its data and cache.

@malkielfalcone We paid special attention to prompt engineering and conducted about 50 tests on a focus group to get the most interesting sets of ideas.
We plan to adapt the data entry form to suit the needs of users based on user feedback. We made it really flexible to add/remove/modify options and even create new sections.
