Why am I not getting featured?

Hi everyone, Me and my team launched our product today but are not getting featured, even though we have 100+ upvotes and 60+ comments. What we don't understand is how/why other products with way lower traction are getting featured instead of us. Does anybody know the rules or reasoning behind this?

I have the same problem! Today is our Launch day and our product doesn’t have ranking. We have more upvotes than others. Trying our best to share news in social media. But PH doesn’t include us in the list. Even searching doesn’t show our product! Support doesn’t respond on chat messages and emails.

@vkotlov_fertli we got an email reply from support 8h after we sent them the first message. I guess now is too late, for both of us :/

@mplebl Thank you! We have sent multiple email and gone through live chat, considering on taking a plane to ask in person..

Seems like every account has its "weight" for upvote. I notice some launches will "have" a "golden account" as their hunter.

Ohhh, sorry for you, seem like your project didn't get featured. Did you got the reply from support team?

@kate_ramakaieva I got a message (12 hours later), saying that they only have so many available spots for a feature... The issue for us was that we were top 6 on upvotes/comments in that same timeframe while many others with 6 upvotes did get a spot.
