For internal training, I’ll typically use loom for fast and free screen captures:

From my experience, many of our customers will use Loom to screen record or even something like QuickTime and then import the video and generate a voiceover on our platform (LOVO AI).
We found a lot of our customers prefer not to use their own voice for various reasons but find having a professional-grade voiceover with subtitles really useful for their explainer content.
