What still makes you dread opening your calendar or to-do app?
Hey Product Hunt!
I’d love your input on something.
My team’s working on an AI calendar app focused on making scheduling dead simple — especially for people who don’t enjoy planning, but still need some structure to survive the week.
There are so many tools out there that promise to help but for a lot of us, planning still feels like a chore.
What still makes you dread opening your calendar or to-do app?
Here’s what we’ve heard from early testers and friends:
Manually typing the same tasks every day
Creating events one-by-one like it’s 2012
“Smart” AI features that actually add more friction
Too many features, not enough clarity
Planning takes longer than doing
Whether you’re a founder, indie maker, freelancer, or just trying to stay afloat —
👉 What part of scheduling still feels harder than it should?
Happy to share a roundup of the common patterns if folks are interested.
Thanks in advance 🙏
