What's your biggest launch regret?

Last time, we spent 10 mins recording a video - bad quality, poor script, underwhelming product demo... I wouldn't had upvoted myself :)

With the launching of our previous product we had rather poor preparation due to lack of time. Lesson learned! :)

Not building community before the launch is our biggest regret 😅
