What’s the most useful thing you’ve made — that no one’s ever seen?
Could be a doc, a prototype, an internal tool, a website, a design system, a deck, a tiny app, a workflow.
Something that worked. That people loved internally.
But for some reason — it stayed private.
What stopped you from shipping it?
And do you think it still has a shot?

Absolutely love this question! 🙌
We actually built an internal tool that streamlined our team's workflow and saved hours each week — everyone loved it, and it felt like a game-changer. But it stayed private because it was so tailored to our specific processes that we weren’t sure if it would resonate outside our company. Plus, the UI was pretty rough around the edges 😅.
Looking back, I do think it still has a shot if polished and adapted for a broader audience. Sometimes the biggest barrier is just having the confidence and resources to iterate for external users. Maybe it’s time to dust it off and give it a proper launch! 🚀
Would love to hear if others have similar stories! 😊

Kalyxa
Built a private internal tool for stylists that used AI to auto-generate lookbooks from a user’s travel itinerary.
Stylists loved it.
Still not public because we’re refining the backend — but it’s the thing that convinced me Kalyxa could be huge.
