What’s the most overpriced tool in your current stack and have you ever replaced it?

A lot of teams (especially MSPs, devs, and small IT shops) run into the same situation:

You’re stuck paying $$$ for a tool that feels… replaceable.

I’m curious:

• What’s the most overpriced SaaS or tool you’ve had to use?

• Did you find a good open-source or low-cost alternative?

• Would you ever consider building your own internal tool instead?

Asking because we’re diving deep into open-source comparisons for service providers but this issue is everywhere.
