I try going to the gym regularly. I have observed that exercising helps me to push myself, sweat out that extra energy and declutter my mind. Exercising is physically rewarding, but it's also great for mental well-being.

Spend quality time with friends and loved ones (family is #1). Personally these other 3 activities do wonders for me: - taking walks - exercising - eating healthy

Optimizing my food transformed my life. I started a meal plan and it did two things. 1. It saved time and removed the stress around "What should I eat next?" Reducing this cognitive load doesn't feel like a big deal, but it makes all the difference. 2. It improved my focus, made my emotions more even, and even improved my routines like sleep patterns.

Thank you for bringing out a discussion on Mental Health. I practice Yoga, it helps me in staying calm and focused. Spending quality time with family is icing on the cake.

Burn out is a big problem for me and i burn out , I just don't do anything for months and that also causes demotivation. I have decided to do little work everyday but for a longer period of time so that consistency is maintained. I also believe consistency has to be maintained for job or your startup else nothing works if you do a lot but just for a shorter period of time.

I use listening to music to maintain a peaceful mind. If I have enough time, I will choose to watch a movie to release my emotions.

When I feel any discomfort, I will speak out, either to solve it or to be persuaded to accept it, without accumulating dissatisfaction.

One of the best things I've done for my mental health is to make sure that I take the time to practice self-care. That includes making it a priority to get enough rest and exercise, eat healthy meals, and connect with friends or find outlets for creativity. It's also important to set boundaries, prioritize activities that bring joy and practice positive self-talk. Taking these small steps has made a huge impact in my mental wellbeing!

Physical fitness. My goal is to get my fitness in much better shape this year - even my product is fitness-focused (for the entire family). My thinking is physical fitness has a strong role in mental health.

Don't be afraid to confront an unpleasant situation and face it head on, especially if I know it will benefit me in my personal and professional life. It is always challenging, but I can find that it becomes easier and easier with each case.

Taking time to be with yourself and your close one's is very important. Generally, having some time free of work is what makes you mentally stable. When we were preparing for our launch (btw, any feedback appreciated https://www.producthunt.com/post... ), it was several weeks of 24/7 work. It is important to have a hobby and not fall into routine.

Reading always brings me back to peace and sanity. If I can't get into a book, I will choose to hang out to see the world: a tree, a cat, a dog, etc.

If it's about work, you just need to create a favorable atmosphere for yourself. This will definitely improve your mental state and increase your productivity. Our blog is dedicated to web3 and startups, but there is also a lot of other useful information, such as increasing productivity. We advise you to go there :)

look for smaller wins when things are not very clear in front. Training to execute and enjoy smaller wins makes the work much more enjoyable and brings down anxiety. Been there and practiced this. It has helped me a lot.

For me personally, a new diet and exercise has made an amazing change in my life. Changing habits is the hardest milestone to pass, but once you work them out enough that they become something that doesn't come with difficulty (you just approach it like brushing your teeth every day), then you're a winner. In addition to taking care of mental health, you also win having more energy, 'healthier aging', etc. Don't get me wrong - it took me few months to get those two things to this point. The other side of the coin are social relations - I don't keep negative people in my circle of friends (it exhausts me mentally). Further steps will start to appear by themselves :) - cool projects, new groups of friends which whom you feel the same vibe, professional opportunities, etc. I really do believe in that

Believing in myself, and remember about remain silent instead of arguing. Being at pease with myself is the key to mental health :)

It is difficult to say what gives the best effect. I never liked psychotherapy and preferred simple methods. My main problem is the difficulty in communicating with women. I was able to solve this in 2020 when I learned how to effectively use local hook ups on a local site. Yes, it turned out that I have quite a few singles around)) I consider this my biggest victory.

For me it's really meditation and watching motivational videos.
