🚀 What's "Good Design" in the Age of AI-Native Products?
Hey Product Hunt Community! 👋
As a "Maker & Product Enthusiast" always exploring what's next, I've been thinking a lot about product design lately.
Two things I'd love to get your insights on:
What's a recent product (AI or not) whose design really impressed you, and what specific aspect made it stand out? (e.g., intuitive UX, clever problem-solving, sheer delight factor?)
With AI becoming foundational to so many new products, how do you think our definition of "good design" needs to evolve for AI-native experiences? What new principles or considerations are becoming crucial?
Are there any AI-native products or companies you think are absolutely nailing this new era of design? Would love to hear your examples and thoughts on what makes them effective.
Excited to learn from this amazing community of builders, designers, and enthusiasts! Let's chat. 👇

One product that stand out to me recently is Notion AI. What impressed me wasn't the AI itself but how seamlessly it fits into the writing workflow. It doesn't scream "AI" it just feels like a smarter Notion.
@azam_sultan That seamless integration you described with Notion AI is spot on – when the AI enhances the experience without being a distraction, it feels truly 'smarter.'
Do you think this 'invisible AI' approach, where it just works in the background, is becoming a core tenet of good design for AI-native products?
Almost like the AI should be felt in its benefit, not its presence.
