What’s a realistic timeframe to spend on an MVP before you deliver?
Curious how long others typically spend building their MVPs before pushing it out into the world. Some say ship in a weekend, others say take a month to get it right.
We’ve been building SmarDial fast—focusing on solving one core problem for one type of user. But like most teams, we’re always tempted to add “just one more thing” before launch.
If you’ve built and launched before, what was your MVP timeframe like? Did you ever wish you shipped earlier—or later?
Would love to learn from your experience.

Every team hits that moment where "just one more thing" becomes a rabbit hole. What helped me was drawing a line: if the MVP solves the core user problem with a usable flow, I launch. Even if it's a bit ugly.
@malka_parveen That's the spirit, I once heard that the MVP has to be ridiculously simple but at least useful. Spending so much time on it always builds that moment of "just one more thing" .
