Building Notetube (transforms YouTube videos into structured learning with collections, AI-generated notes, quizzes, etc.) and need to decide on onboarding approach.

Option A: 3-minute overview video popup immediately after signup

Option B: Let users dive in organically

Option C: Video available in dashboard. Users can choose to watch when ready

Option D: Traditional step-by-step product tour

My context: Users come to solve YouTube learning being scattered/passive

What would you recommend?
