What motivates you to use new social media platforms?

The community, depending on the vibe that the users give off is something that would motivate me... started Twitter recently seemed much more interesting than I initially thought it would be

Curiosity and FOMO.

Try to see what is different from the current ones.

Personally haven't used a new one in a while, but often there is cross posting (for example tik tok videos posted on instagram) which catches my attention

Could be an interesting feature, or the community in those platforms. These two can be connected like in chess dot com.

Certainly an interest in new technologies.
