What is the most groundbreaking thing you learned in 2024?

For me, it was creating animations in Adobe Effects (I haven't been using that software – now I know why) – but having a new skill is a great feeling. 🫠 What about you? It can be any type of learning, experience or knowledge.

In 2022-23 I took up a course in Product Management and in 2024 I worked on my product with a team by applying whatever I learnt. Still a long way to go, but I am happy to be a 'Maker' in addition to being a 'Marketer'. Next mission - Becoming a Market Maker with PMF.

@busmark_w_nika It was a program by Duke CE and Indian edtech major upGrad that was pretty hands on with mentoring by Product Managers. It helped me build Glibzter Immersive - English Vocabulary Builder that is launching this week on Product Hunt.

The most groundbreaking thing I learned in 2024 is how to truly prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. As a Marketing Lead, I've always been tempted to take on everything myself, but I’ve realized that focusing on what truly matters and letting go of tasks that others can handle has been a game-changer. Learning to delegate has freed up my time to focus on high-impact marketing initiatives and allowed my team to take ownership of key tasks. Prioritizing effectively has not only improved my productivity but also fostered a more collaborative and efficient work environment. It’s been a huge shift in mindset, and it’s made a big difference in our work and overall team success.
