It feels like there’s hundreds of applications using ChatGPT launched daily.. Which ones truly stood out to you or seemed different from the vast majority?
For me, Use'ChatGPT.AI' It's a chrome extension. and you can write, rephrase, summarize, and translate with the sidebar. It's helpful to enhances productivity.
@iamaashishr wow, this seems like a fully packed tool covering almost all creative writing parts for e commerce shops. Pretty amazing if that works! We tried once to rewrite an outreach campaign using AI (just as a test) and ended up having our email blacklisted. It was warmed up and we had been using the inbox for a while without issues.. Is there any similar issues you are aware of when using AI for SEO copy or similar? Curious to hear your thoughts on this.
@janine_nitz Using the tool, around 2K merchants have created 4K prompts and have started to see it work because it is highly personalized with tone of prompt outputs people have achieved. Try to use it and would love to see if it provides better results.
SEO is something I still am not aware of seeing it work. Programmatic SEO is still at its nascent stages of output.
to be honest, a lot of these tools currently look pretty basic versions of chatGPT wrapped in an interface limiting it to make it more digestible for the general public :)
I've upvoted a bunch, but none really stand out.
What I love the most currently are seamless integrations: Notion AI, smarter Gmail suggestions, stuff like that. And the direct sources: OpenAI, Midjourney, etc. they are really fun to play with and once you get how they work and how to prompt them right, they become all of these tiny products in one.
I think 99.9% of the products and tools we see now are very basic. The real stuff takes more time and we'll be seeing the true tech renaissance early next year.
@kay_larina yea I kind of feel the same, which is why I was interested in hearing everyone else’s opinion. Thanks for sharing yours! Love the research approach of OpenAI.. haven’t heard of midjourney so will go and check it out..
@janine_nitz Sure! I regularly use it when my answer is more than one google search away, for instance - best places to go in lake district, what to not forget to bring with me considering the UK weather, how long does it take to get there by car, etc. The other day I used it to cook dinner and figure out my ring size lol! It's for the easy stuff that you'd rather quickly type on your phone. Hope this helps
@mirena_vasileva cool.. thanks for your honesty there :) super interesting!! love the lake district ❤️ beautiful place.. we went to the pencil museum, if you want to add that to your list 😂
It's not so much one application but, as a HR professional, I'm loving seeing how ChatGPT is being applied right across the employee lifecycle to create efficiencies and improve the candidate & employee experience. From recruitment, to onboarding, training, performance management, employee engagement and compliance - it's really revolutionising the space for us.
@jade_mack interesting point! Don’t think anyone has mentioned an HR related topic yet. Do you have a particular use case that stands out where ChatGPT improves the experience for either candidate or employee?
I've built https://mealmind.io/ launching tomorrow which builds entirely bespoke meal plans for users based on their diet, allergies, goals and physical traits.
Check it out if you're into fitness or meal planning and let me know what you think.
I also quite like https://cmdj.app/ for ease of access to asking ChatGPT questions while I work
At the moment I've only been consistently using fireflies.ai! It's a great meeting notes recording tool and it uses AskFred (powered by chatgpt i believe) to summarize meeting notes.
I myself am working on a ChatGPT powered link to chatbot builder - wonderchat.io (p.s. we're open to beta users!)
I recently worked on a chrome extension - [Vurtuo](https://virtuo.simplef.net/) that will work on any website.
It basically helps you to simplify your workflow and save time. You can select a specific text from a website and get its definition, make content based on that, or even make tweets to share on your wall.
Also, it supports command base work on the text field of a website. You can easily create content, generate tweets, write mail, rephrase the content, translate content for your customer support, and more without switching the tab.
To help with blog writing. to quickly and consistently plug in a topic to talk about and get an outline in a few seconds is such a time saver-- by outline, I am referring to those 5-6 subheadings.
@lvledup love it! I have used it in similar scenarios, such a time saver. Have you used one of those tools generate entire blog posts for you as well? Would be keen to get your input on that..
@janine_nitz sorry for the late reply! and I have. I've used AI in other ways such as rewriting articles and things like that. It does a scarily good job of attempting to mimic humor. You need to keep a close eye at the more long-form content to make sure its not just gibberish, but heck of a time saver
I currently use Luna, a Chrome extension that let's you prompt ChatGPT by typing an "L" in the search bar, followed by a space. Sounds simple, but speeds up my workflow a lot! https://chrome.google.com/websto...
Personally, I am looking forward to the mass release of the plugins store! And we at roboMUA are preparing to release a plugin for ChatGPT once that opens up fully. It should be exciting - the goal is to release it for both text & image functionalities.
I would like to recommend our app, AMA。In addition, I'm excited to share that we just launched AMA on Product Hunt today! We are thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase our app to the Product Hunt community and receive feedback from early adopters like you.
The world of AI is growing so fast. There are some great tools out there. The team I’m on is working on building @snackprompt. A platform that will facilitate the access to the best prompts. You should check it out. Let me know your thoughts.
@brittany_ph yes that one works fine :) With the @snackprompt you are linking to a product hunt page that doesn't seem to exist. You get to see cute dogs though, which is fine by me.
At Kodif, we've built Agent Assistant for Customer Support/CX teams. It's powered by GPT-3 and can easily generate answers based on a company's knowledge base and user's data. Check out https://www.kodif.ai/ to see what else we are doing for the CX industry!
