I love that we trust each other. We always want the best for each other, whether it’s encouraging a day off or to take the reins on a new project. I appreciate my team because we give each other freedom to grow. It’s not often you find a workplace where your peers are willing to meet you where you’re at.
@kovid_batra It's actually great! We have a nice office, but working from home is something I enjoy since this helps to save a lot of time. Only if I could have cool coffee machine like in the office that would be wonderful :)
