What are you doing to stay grounded and blow off steam as you get ready to launch?
Sprinting toward a product launch is objectively exhausting. You’re moving fast, context-switching like crazy, and trying to keep your eyes on both the big picture and the little details. It’s easy to feel like you’re getting blown around — mentally, emotionally, physically.
How do you stay rooted while still staying the course?
For me, it's not some productivity-hack BS. It’s just a handful of real-life anchors:
Getting outside, even if it's just a walk
Eating well and eatin' good
Carving out space for life admin so it doesn't pile up and crush me
Working out (70% is just showing up)
Playing games (Old School RuneScape gang, where you at?)
And mostly, staying honest with myself about what’s actually left in the tank.
Wishing I had more energy doesn’t magically generate it. Thinking I should be feeling better doesn’t change how I’m actually doing. Accepting that lets me work with what I’ve got, not against it.
Curious how others in this community manage the internal storm, especially during crunch time. What keeps you steady when everything’s moving fast?
