What are we learning from our PH launch?

We're 3 hours into our launch and (cautiously) optimistic so far - here's what we've learned: - Warm up your community to PH a month before - Assets like images/video take longer to make than you expect - leave extra time - Leverage all your whatsapp/facebook/telegram groups for support, but don't be annoying about it - Do the PH 'Coming Soon' page to get people to sign up to get notified of the launch - First 4 hours engagement is key - if you have supporters in Europe / Asia, this is helpful because launch time is 12am PT, when most Americans are asleep - Activate your users to support you (but again, not in an annoying way) I'm sure other stuff will come in later
