What are the challenges marketers are dealing with while using multiple tools and LLMs?

As a marketer trying to be AI first and making sure my team does the same, I do have some issues such as:

  1. Juggling many LLMs to find a base I can work on (image generation, content creation, strategy builder, content optimizer, social media content and hashtag generation,...)

  2. Having to test many prompts to get what i need. Sometimes I even need to repeat the same prompt in different LLMs to get what I need

  3. Need to copy paste the result on a different tool for final edits and tweaks.

  4. Ending up using the same tools I used before, such as Canva, google Sheets, Google Docs, ...

I do think that AI is super helpful for content optimization, reducing time to do research, cutting labor cost and many more stuff, but I'm afraid we're still using too many tools for doing the same tasks and it's not that cheap at all!

Wanted to know what your thoughts are on this my fellow PH vommunity and in what way AI helped you use less tools than before.

I think the "non-management" of multiple LLMs (the first point) is my big problem.

It is a perfect way how to get lost in everything and burrrrn time. (:

Oh yes. The phrase "non-mamagement" is definitely the best way to put it. Have you tried tools with all the LLMs in one place? How was the experience?

Nika

Not yet. What kind of tools do you mean?
I think that I have seen somewhere such option like switching among more LLM models, but cannot recall its name.

Using several tools often means marketers need to maintain consistency in messaging and branding.

Good point, that's another issue that we can add to the list. Using different tools often means someone needs to spend time proofreading everything to make sure the tone and voice of brand is consistent.

Have you had any experience with AI Assistants or tools that would help you with maintaining the same tone and voice?

Another hurdle is the cost of subscribing to multiple tools. It adds up and the challenge becomes making sure the ROI from all these tools justifies the expenditure.

Absolutely true. At one company we stopped working with freelancers and used AI instead to spend the money on channels with higher ROI. But essentially spent the same amount of money testing premium AI tools to see which ones work for us!

Currently I'm using Nily for most of the marketing tasks and the price is reasonable.

The number of tools marketers have to familiarize themselves with can be daunting.

@new_user___0882025cd35341f86e3fe97 yes. Absolutely. In ways AI can complicate workflows and not simplify them.

I'm currently working on Nily. Which has the LLMs I work with daily in one place.
