Shadow is a bot-free meeting assistant that's launching soon and currently under private beta. What are some suggestions you guys have for user acquisition during the private beta stage?
1. Exclusive Invites: Offer existing beta users a limited number of exclusive invites to share with their network. This can create a sense of exclusivity and encourage word-of-mouth referrals.
2. Referral Program: Implement a referral program where beta users can earn rewards for inviting others to join the beta. This can incentivize them to spread the word about Shadow.
3. Content Marketing: Create valuable content related to the pain points that Shadow addresses, such as blog posts, case studies, or infographics. This can help attract potential users who are seeking solutions to similar challenges.
4. Partner with Influencers: Identify influencers or industry experts who can test out Shadow and share their experiences with their audience. Their endorsement can help build credibility and attract a wider audience.
5. Engage with Beta Users: Actively engage with your beta users through surveys, feedback sessions, and community forums. Building a strong relationship with them can lead to valuable insights and advocacy.
@ashley_from_shadow One more strategy is building traction on PH and Reddit communities - especially the niched ones where I can find my target audience.
Show the value your product creates. And share it within target communities. This will test product-market fit and, if needed, pivot the product. Or drop it all together. Or be on the next bus to Unicorn palace. :)
