The Design Shortcut Most Founders Overlook
Great design doesn’t always need a full overhaul — sometimes, all it takes is better visual hierarchy.
I’ve seen early-stage landing pages become 2x clearer just by emphasizing the right element (usually the CTA or value prop). Yet many founders unintentionally give everything equal weight — making nothing stand out.
One tip I often share: zoom out, squint your eyes, and ask — what grabs attention first? If it’s not your core promise, tagline, or CTA, you’ve got room to tighten the hierarchy.
Curious — what design shortcut or change made the biggest difference in your early product?
