I feel working 14/7 is very very hard if you do it for more than a year... simply you are either stressed or not thinking straight. Another point is that if you feel that you want to work everyday, vs you are being forced to work everyday (because there are so many things to do), mentally speaking it's very different.
For me personally, the first 6 month i didnt take any break. then i had really bad burn out with very depressed thoughts. Now I try to take saturday off.. sort of like "try not to do anything...unless i am super bored"..which is how I am writing this post Saturday night!
I've been working on my product day and night for the past two months, including weekends. To me, whether it's a weekday or a Sunday, I don't consider it a day off. I strongly feel that if you consistently put in hard work, success on your product is bound to follow sooner or later.
