Have you tried working at a standing table (from Ikea for example)? How has this affected your health and fatigue? Or maybe someone from friends / colleagues had such an experience?

It's nice to be able to stand and change positions without having to work. I also find that I am more focused if I am standing and working.

Overall I like it. I don't use it as often as I should but sometimes I get so into my work that I forget that it moves.

I have never worked at such a table, although I really wanted to try it - I am also interested in the opinion of other people who have tried

Sometimes it helps to unload the back and avoid pain, but it is not possible to use it all the time
