At times, just to relax and clear my head, I meditate for about 10-15 minutes during the workday. It helps a lot.

I meditate every single day and use the Insight Timer app to build community with other meditators going back almost a decade. In 2016 I went to my first 10-day SN Goenka silent meditation retreat and it changed my life! This was prompted by reading Sapiens by Yuval Harari who had done 18 long 60-day silent retreats as of the writing of that book. Stillness is what can allow us the clarity to connect our vision, intuition and self-compassion which is necessary for empathy and healing of our traumas. Meditation helps us develop the resilience necessary to start and build something great!
Meditation is the best way to refocus and improve your mental health. So I believe meditation during the workday and also on off days can really benefit you in many ways.
