Launching in the AI era 🤖🚀: When is it 'enough' to ship – and what are you launching?

When you can build faster than ever these days with AI, how does it affect your launch plans on PH?

The timescale between features is dropping as building is becoming easier. So I'm curious:

  • Are you planning one big launch, or many smaller ones?

  • When do you feel it’s 'enough' to launch when expectations might be higher?

  • Does AI change how you think about launch timing and feature scope?

For example, I've got this site waiting for a launch myself: https://feedbagel.com, but I don't know whether to hold off until adding the next part, or can we have multiple launches on here within a short time frame?

Would love to hear how people are navigating this - what are you planning to launch and how?

Launching soon!

I’m in the same boat, prepping my first PH launch for CreatorCube AI. With AI speeding up development, it’s tempting to chase every feature before go-live, especially when you see teams with massive followings and funding dropping polished products. But feedback is gold.

My plan? Ship when it’s genuinely usable and lovable, a solid core that solves a real pain, then ride the momentum to iterate rapidly. I’d rather launch one strong product, gather user insights, improve, and relaunch in six months with meaningful updates, than juggle multiple micro-launches that leave each version half-baked.

AI makes building faster, but it doesn’t replace the human element of listening to users. Quality over quantity, find your niche, get feedback, refine, and watch your product grow. Good luck on your launch @graeme_fulton 🚀
