Instagram will start paying its influencers now!!!! Here's how..

Instagram launched its first-ever "Creator Week". And they talked about how growing influencers can now earn money in-house in lieu of depending on third party brands. Here's how they will earn money : 1. Instagram will start testing native affiliate-marketing tools for creators. Brands will be able to set their own commission rates. This will transform IG into an integrated marketplace for brands and creators to find a common point for affiliate marketing. So get ready for tons of links. 2. There will be more tools for creators to sell and monetize their own products and merchandise. Creators with their own products will be able to link to their shops in their personal profiles. So basically, IG will become a mini E-commerce platform :) 3. Creators will be able to earn extra money through tips. Instagram and Facebook are adding tipping features that allow fans to pay creators. Chill guys, It's just the fancier version of "BUY ME A COFFEE"! What do you think of these features? Will this boost the creator economy? or will it create more chaos and spam?

The creators will be able to make more money no question about that. In my opinion, this will also make Instagram and Facebook more popular among creators. After Facebook failed to launch its crypto it will be interesting to see how this thing turns out.

@manish_rawat1 For sure. It is about time that these channels will also look into decentralized models. But it will be really hard to trust them as the very core foundation of these behemoths was built on centralized technology.
