We organize internally to survive externally. This is a key to well-being at work. Key to remote work is to talk about your own well being. I work in a startup remotely and the best thing about my workplace is how we can openly discuss about problems without hesitating. It is a big deal tbh.

I always want to assure my employees that I am here to listen and help work things out so that they can perform their best. I trust their work ethics and I stay away from any kind of micromanaging. I want them to be able to breathe and feel safe enough to be honest with me. I feel like that's the best way to ensure long-term well-being.
