In today's world, how do you stay focused as there are many distractions out here?

Uff, is very difficult to be honest 😅. Something very useful that usually I do is understand the scope of my tasks, and try to be focus on the final goal. X actions bring Y result ➡️ This mindset is very useful. Also, avoiding others types of distractions (DND in all my devices 😂)
