I'm biased but I use askmore.ai for that. We send an interview to all our users 1 week after they sign up. We also send one to people who churned. These AI interviews also help us as a first step to schedule actual face to face interviews from time to time.

I will email them ask for interviews directly! I think it is the best way, and if you can talk with your users face to face, that will be better!
