Was wondering how you feel about this kind of software? Would you like to measure your productivity, stamina, how many hours you actually work?

As long as nobody is taking my screenshots I'm all for objective performance analytics!

@stoicbasil Totally agree, screenshots are already total control of employees

Honestly, this just sounds like a fun idea. It would be interesting to see my crazy, chaotic life broken down into digestible statistics.

@brianhurst After all, there are already enough tools that you could look at where you could look at your life through data and statistics and see patterns where you could improve

I advise you to try products from IXORD, for companies they can improve productivity.

Transparency and goal/metric orientation is key. The only obstacle I see is the fact that you need to have everyone aligned on the tools/KPIs used and for the team to agree with our intention to implement them

Performance management software can be beneficial for both employees and managers. It allows employees to monitor their progress towards goals, recognize areas requiring improvement, and receive feedback from managers. Likewise, it enables managers to identify high-performing employees, offer them developmental opportunities, and make informed decisions concerning promotions and compensation. Nonetheless, it is crucial to utilize performance management software in a fair and supportive manner. Employees should feel comfortable providing sincere feedback, while managers should utilize feedback to aid employees in improving instead of solely using it as a means to punish mistakes. I believe it could be useful to track my progress over time and identify areas where I can enhance my performance. However, it is important to me that any performance management software I use respects my privacy and does not hinder my job performance.

@ioan_ivanov Thanks for the tip! Totally agree with you, also such programs free up some of the time managers think they can spend on more strategic work issues. The issue of confidentiality is more acute than ever and this kind of SaaS solutions should meet all security and confidentiality requirements.
