How do you decide WHEN to add translations to different languages?

Hi dear PH folks, If your product can be used by different people all around the world, how do you decide WHEN to add translations to different languages and HOW do you choose the languages? Thank you!

When users are required for sure! In our case we starts last month with that to have a small version of Edworking in Spanish, French , Portuguese, and German. And of course, Everything makes sense if your business is ready to scale in this market.

if you're thinking to tap Into the market (which has that language) or when you're getting traffic from specific country.
